Provided Site engineering for a 76-unit luxury residence development.

Burdick Street PUD - Oxford

Site engineering for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of three new multi-story mixed use buildings in the Village of Oxford downtown area. The project involved 45,000 sf of office/commercial space and residential dwelling units. The engineering included new site utilities and the design of a shared municipal parking lot for the Oxford Downtown Development Authority.

Ferndalehaus Lofts - Ferndale

Site engineering for a new four-story building consisting of 92 residential units and 2,000 sf of office/commercial space. The engineering was part of a brownfield redevelopment project which included the demolition of an existing vacant building and all new site utilities including an underground detention system.

1205 N. Main Street Development - Rochester

Prepared site engineering plans for a luxury condominium development near downtown Rochester.  Services provided included site engineering design, condominium Exhibit “B” drawings, and construction permitting.
