Sharpe Engineering provided the civil engineering design for the "Fuhrmann Woods Condominium"  project located in Sterling Heights. This project consists of 87 single-family residential units accessed by a new public roadway. The project required an extensive drainage system to be carefully designed adjacent to an existing wetland. Sharpe Engineering performed conceptual planning to the client through the entire process with regards to engineering drawings and calculations, Exhibit B condominium drawings, easement preparation, EGLE permitting, construction drawings,  and construction administration.
