Sharpe Engineering provided the sight surveying civil design for the "Waldon Meadows Condominium"  project located in Orion Twp. This project consisted of 22 single-family residential units accessed by a new public roadway. The project required an extensive drainage system to be carefully designed adjacent to an existing wetland. Sharpe Engineering provided assistance to the client through the entire process with regards to topographical and boundary survey, easement preparation, conceptual planning, construction drawings, Exhibit B condominium drawings, MDEQ permitting and construction administration.
