Concept Plan
Affordable Storage in Waterford Township is an existing self-storage facility. The client wished to acquire the adjacent property and construct four new storage buildings. Previous construction had begun years ago on another development but was left abandoned. The removal of existing infrastructure as well as the preservation of existing storm sewers was required to design the new site. Sharpe Engineering provided assistance to the client through the entire process with regards to topographical and boundary survey, property acquisition, easement preparation, conceptual planning, construction drawings, and construction administration. The project was successfully completed in 2015.
